New Horizon Training and Consultancy was founded in
2003 by Dawn Punter.
Operating nationally, we have consultants working all
over the UK focusing on such key areas as Customer Service,
Management and Personal Development, Business Skills,
Change and Organisational Development, and more.

Owner & Principle Consultant, Dawn Punter, has over 18 years experience
as a HRD professional, Customer Services Manager & Project Manager within
several of the UK’s leading organisations.
Dawn specialises in helping organisations to achieve
professionalism by focusing on staff and customers.
She has designed and delivered a wide range of management
and staff development solutions as well as playing an
instrumental part in organisational change. Dawn is not
only a competent trainer, but also an experienced coach
and facilitator and is a Member of the Association For
Coaching (MAC).
Having worked principally with customer facing organisations,
in the Financial Services & Travel Sectors, Dawn
is passionate about high standards of customer service.
She therefore, specialises in customer service consultancy
and development solutions.
She has exceptional project management skills and is
valued for her planning & organisation skills and
creative approach.
